Dr. David Bonanno
For decades, I sought treatment for my PTSD. But I didn’t even know that’s what it was! I thought that was just for war veterans and so did all my therapists and doctors, who gave me every diagnosis except the correct one.
I started seeing therapists when I was a kid. They made me talk about the worst moments of my life every week until I couldn’t take it anymore. I have tried SIXTEEN different psych-meds and none of them ever did for me what Cannabis did. Not even close. I did everything I could to get better, but the help didn’t help. Does that sound familiar to you?
I took matters into my own hands. I knew something was wrong with me and I would be damned if I couldn’t figure it out. I studied psychology and got my doctorate. I learned a way of doing therapy that is painless and actually works.
I changed my practice and my life. I became legal and now get the medicine that I need to take care of myself and my family. I have read acres of books and interviewed thousands of people with PTSD.
I understand what you are going through and can help you to understand yourself better than ever. I am not like all the others. I can actually help you.

Matt Clement (LPC)
As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) in the State of CT, I have seen first-hand the effect of PTSD on individuals and families. With 13 years of experience as a firefighter/EMT, I have witnessed tragedies that most of the community does not. I have lived with the symptoms of PTSD, being diagnosed myself in 2017. Since that time, as a clinician working for Bonanno Mental Health, I have begun to help others like myself, live a full, healthy, and productive life.
